Sandrine Guérin. Born in Neuilly sur Marne, France. Lives and works in Brooklyn. Earned a MFA from the School of Visual Arts, New York and a "Maîtrise" diploma in Sociology from the University of Nanterre, France. Her work consists of drawings, photographs, sculptures and video, shown individually or as mixed-media installations.

Had solo shows in New York ("Herd and Else", Michael Steinberg’s First NY at Karen McCready, New York, NY, 2000) and Berlin (“From the Furniture Series, …”, Galerie Wieland, Berlin, Germany and Vitrines de l'Institut Français de Berlin, Germany, 2000). Participated in several group exhibitions at Leslie Tonkonow, Baron/Boisanté, Nicole Klagsbrun, and Audiello Fine Art, in New York.

Her work is in the permanent collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York Public Library, Rhode Island School of Design Art Museum, and The Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, England.
